A committed and meticulous professional with experience as a Senior Logistics Manager, Curriculum developer , Confidence and Personality developer. Have trained more than 8000 NCC cadets and worked with more than 15000 soldiers.
Held leadership roles in Kargil Operations and other complex organisational issues.
Designed curriculum for specially abled while working closely with Ministry of Social Justice and Empowerment. Been on the Panel for discussion regarding permanent commission for Women Officers in Army with Parliamentary committee.
Completed Global supply chain management course from IIFT New Delhi in Mar 2022.
Awarded Golden Achiever’s award by Shri Kalraj Mishra Governor of Rajasthan on 18th September 2022 as a change maker in the Society and women Prestige Award 2023.
Groomed Finalists of Mrs India The Godess 2022 held at Udaipur on 18 December 2022.
Been jury for Mrs India Bold and Beautiful 2022.

Lt Col Vinita Dalal
Lt Col Vinita Dalal is a third generation Army Officer. She has etched her name in history as she was one of the first few hundred women officers to be selected for serving in the esteemed Indian Army.
She has been part of the Kargil War and Operation Parakrak, which was a year long standoff with Pakistan in 2000. As an inspiring role model, she has shattered stereotypes and shown the path for countless young women,aspiring to serve their nation. Throughout her remarkable journey, she has exemplified the very essence of courage, leading from the front lines and commanding with grace.
With over 23 years of service, Col Vinita has traversed diverse terrains, from the challenging landscapes of militant infested Jammu&Kashmir to the counter insurgency in North East. Her experiences have shaped her into a visionary leader who has trained over 2500 junior leaders,instilling in them the values of discipline, dedication, and excellence. She has also been Director Training NCC where she trained more than 1600 NCC cadets .
Col Vinita is an award winning officer who has proven her prowess in a plethora of areas like communication, leadership, operations, human resources, and management. Her ability to build cross-functional teams that deliver outstanding results has set a benchmark for high-performance dynamics.
Col Vinita’s journey is not confined to her military service alone.
Post her illustrious military career, she embarked on a new journey as an entrepreneur. She founded her own soft skills company, by the name HV Soft Skills .
Her dynamic workshops, captivating, webinars, and personalised coaching sessions, Have a Reputation of creating 360° transformations. She is a master at creating fun and engaging learning experiences where she empowers her clients to excel.
